Comic Book Studio is a full featured program that lets you create online comics. Scan in images, load them up from files or draw directly in the program to create your own comic creations, then publish them to your own website for exposure.

Here’s a blast from the past for you. It was a program that I put together in late 1999 at the request of Luc B at Maxis (EA). It was a paint program that let you merge images from photos over top of a base skin (or one you create from scratch). I thought it was interesting but never completed it. Think I should? Anyways, here’s the only surviving screenshot. The program and source went the way of the dinosaur when my hard drive went belly up, but I found this in my old email and thought you might like to see it.
