Burned out but not forgotten

Hi guys,

Yes here we are in 2003 and still no blueprint. Why? There’s lots of reasons (some that I won’t get into here) but for the most part it’s just me being a bit anal, a bit of a perfectionist. What can I say? It’s undeniably late and everyone knows it. I’ve switched interfaces a couple of times, and I’ve started over a couple of times. I’ve made some mistakes, and I’ve learned from them. I’m just glad I’m in a position to do those things, and to be able to make the tool I want to make, instead of being rushed out the door to meet some deadline. In the end all that matters is the quality of the program. So, lessons have been learned, and progress is being made, and I’m working as quickly and quietly as I can.

Hey, at least it hasn’t been 5 years in the making like Duke Nukem Forever.

Wishing you the best

Here’s wishing you and your friends, families, and loved ones all the best on the holidays and into the new year. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Welcome to 2003.
